The framework we work to on every order

Who we are

The company is new. The experience behind it is not.

About the company

Nanjing Bolante International Trade Co., Ltd. is an export trading company registered in the Nanjing Area of the China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone. We supply portable and split air conditioning units to importers, wholesalers and retail buyers in the European Union.

Our founding team brings eighteen years in electrical appliances, and in air conditioning in particular: model selection and what actually separates one specification from another, export procedure and the documents each market asks for, and the EU requirements that decide whether a unit may be placed on the market at all.

What you get by working through us

  1. 01

The declared values are checked before you commit to a container.

We have parsed every single-duct portable air conditioner registration published in EPREL under R290 at the time of extraction — 521 records across 172 responsible entities, taken in summer 2026. We know what this category declares, which declarations hold together and which do not.

  2. 02

One purchase order across more than one production site.

Capacities from 1.5 kW to 3.5 kW, fixed speed and inverter, combined in one container against one contract and one responsible counterparty. No single factory covers this span well on its own.

  3. 03

A technical question answered from documents we already hold.

Not after we have gone to ask the factory. Where a figure has to come from the production site, we say so rather than guess, and come back with it.

Season planning

To be on the shelf in May, when do you have to order?

The European selling window for portable air conditioning runs from May to August. The table works backwards from the shelf date using two indicative figures: 30–45 days of production, and 22–40 days port to port.

  1. 01November

Enquiry, model selection, samples, and the EPREL and energy label route agreed

The compliance work has to come first. A labelling problem found after the container is loaded is the importer's problem, not the factory's.

  2. 02Late December – early January

Order confirmed, deposit paid, production slot booked

Working back from the 30–45 day production time on this page.

  3. 03Mid-February (North Europe) · early March (Mediterranean)

    Loaded and sailed

Working back from 22–40 days port to port. Units charged with R290 book as dangerous goods and need the slot secured earlier.

  4. 04Mid-April

    Arrival, customs clearance, inland distribution

Allowing for clearance and inland transport.

  5. 05Early May

    On the shelf in Europe

    The selling season opens.

This is the normal rhythm for a direct sailing to a base port, not a commitment. In peak season both factory slots and vessel space tighten, and actual dates are confirmed per order.

Scope of work

What we handle between your specification and your warehouse.

One accountable trade desk from factory selection through to the delivered container.

Factory selection

We look for factories already building this category to EU specification and check the third-party labour audit each one already holds — from 2027 the EU forced labour ban turns on exactly that. The factory is not named publicly; audit and test evidence is shared with you one to one.

  • Audited partners
  • Test evidence on request
  • Labour audit on file

Compliance coordination

Energy label class, EPREL route and the CE document pack are settled at enquiry stage, not after the container is booked.

  • EPREL
  • CE · RoHS

Order and inspection

Specification sign-off, production follow-up and pre-shipment inspection against the sheet you approved.

  • Signed spec sheet
  • PSI

Export and shipping
